We are looking to recruit a hands on Supervisor for a well established maintenance and facilities management company that has secured the contract to maintain the Mechanical and Electrical services of a brand new building in Wokingham. You would need to have Electrical qualifications and experience in HVAC plant, BMS controls, stand-by generators, UPS and associated Mechanical ancillary plant and equipment. This position is very interesting and challenging as the building has not yet been handed over so the right candidate would be involved in the snagging and set up of the maintenance programme and would have the advantage of knowing the plant, controls and distribution system...
