Description:

You will be based at St. Nicolas House. You will offer advice and assistant to tennents on matters affecting their tenancy. You will have experience of dealing with the public in both confrontational and sensitive situations and have a good knowledge of office procedures. A current driving licence, excellent IT skills and the ability to manage constant and often conflicting demands are essential.
