The ideal candidate is a customer service specialist: you may have corporate reception experience, or may have a 5* hospitality (such as hotel reception) or airlines (cabin crew) background. The Welcome team reports direct to the Office Manager whilst maintaining communication with the Cluster Manager and the local partnership, as well as ensuring that strong relationships are maintained with all I&P areas.
