Description:

Must be fully qualified to run the kitchen and comply with all Health and Safety and hygiene regulations. Must be able to cook quality food from fresh for the function suite, conference and restaurant. Will be covering the Head Chef in their absence. Will be involved in the training of other members of the kitchen staff.
