An opportunity has arisen for a Project / Managing Quantity Surveyor to work on major upgrade works at on Major Highway Projects within the Midlands. We are at the early stage of this major infrastructure project so the opportunity is there for someone to start at the pre-construction phase and see it through to completion. Ensure the production of monthly cost and value reports, quarterly forecasts and cash-flow information and present them to senior management. Ensure the timely production and presentation of adequate levels of applications for payment in accordance with the provisions of the conditions of contract.
