To receive all visitors to the surgery in a pleasant efficient manner, answering telephone queries, maintain confidentiality at all times regarding staff and clients, ensure all correspondence received into he surgery is passed to the correct person, manage the booking of daily appointments and surgery, ensure the reception area is kept tidy and all areas are safe and to perform reception duties as required by the head nurse.
