With over 180 bedrooms and 16 large meeting rooms, this property is a busy and fast moving environment. The successful candidate will be a friendly, customer focused individual for this integral role which is the first and last point of contact for all our guests. As a receptionist in this team you will check the guests in and out, deal with general queries as well as maintaining administration within the department. You will also be required to gain a full knowledge of all room types, locations and configurations to ensure that requests can be met wherever possible on check in.
