The vacancy is to provide general administrative support to the Finance Department, particularly the purchase ledger function. Distribution of invoices, raising cheques and keeping log, posting cheques for both the UK and Ireland... Undertaking of training and ongoing support with the establishment of the financial accounting function of the new ERP system (SAP)... Arrange deliveries to and manage external storage facility for financial and distribution documents...
