You will provide breakfast, a cooked lunch and prepare a tea time meal for up to fifteen staff and pupils over the two days. Responsible for the kitchen resources and its facilities, you will complete cleaning schedules and temperature checks in line with Health and Safety needs provided in the school's policies and procedures. You will have experience of cooking in a large kitchen and must hold a current basic food hygiene certificate. You will confidently provide a family style menu and be prepared to make adjustments to suit the needs of the pupils who are in residence at the time.
