The Role is to provide contact for users requiring business lines and broadband installation and to manage the provision of the lines/broadband to home workers, communicating efficiently as well as monitoring the performance of the business line and broadband suppliers. Manage any changes or deletions of business lines and broadband services and use vendor provided tool to manage broadband service and desktop software for tracking and monitoring orders.
