The company is a progressive maintenance provider whose roots are firmly planted in energy management. They provide predominately hard services engineering maintenance packages for their clients that cover both public sector and commercial environments. They are looking for a manager with a strong engineering background coupled with a strong business acumen and a full understanding of profit and loss, KPI and SLA reporting. The role would also be very client facing and would mean getting involved with presentations and business development and so would not suit a person who does not enjoy the commercial side of contract management.
