The duties of this role include the day to day management of 13 people, both temporary and permanent. This includes identifying training needs, monitoring staff through remote call monitoring, effective coaching of staff to improve performance and recruitment and monitoring new staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring all calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently by team members, dealing with escalated query / complain questions and budget monitoring. People management skills are key to this role combined with excellent communication skills. You must also be self motivated and have a key eye for detail.
