This well known local company are seeking an organised and methodical individual to take a high volume of incoming calls (up to 100 calls per day) which could vary from a customer placing an order to querying an incorrect delivery to wanting a price quote. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing orders on all incoming calls, sending out mailshots, inputting orders and dealing with queries or messages promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate must have previous experience within a call centre, customer focused environment and must be able to work well within a small team to achieve targets.
