My client is looking for a experienced site manager to work on national retail contracts across the UK. You will be based out of the Bristol head office but will work all over the south west, south wales and Midlands. The successful candidate will have experience on the new build and refurbishment of stores such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Marks and Spencer or Asda. This type of experience is essential as well as the ability to manage and organise. ?Manage prelim costs within budget... ?Liaise with QS to monitor the financial status of the project, identify solutions to problems...
