This Training Advisor/Training Designer post is a fixed term contract for a period of 9 months. The role will support the Training Manager in a review of all training material. Our client is currently experiencing huge growth, resulting in an increase in headcount, largely within Customer Services. To ensure a first class training service is delivered you will be tasked with a review of the current material, offer creative ideas and solutions and carry out TNA (training needs analysis) for bespoke requirements across the business.
