Nearly 5 years ago now I was in a situation where I felt undervalued and underpaid for the work I was doing. I knew I wanted to try and start something on my own but didn’t have the business know how, I then came across an advert for SSG where they offered good Recruitment Consultants with at least a couple of years experience the opportunity of developing their own department / desk within the organisation.
