Nationwide Maintenance Company based in Bromley is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Block Manager. Ideally you will have at least 2 years of working with the Industry as you will be managing your own portfolio of commercial developments, carrying out regular inspections, assisting with the preparation of annual service charge budgets, reviewing expenditure and drawing up the leases, project manage major works, deal with insurers, attending and or chairing meetings, liaising with resident Directors, contractors and supervising maintenance contractors.
