Description:
Must have plastering, plaster boarding and decorating skills, and have own transport (for which an allowance will be paid). The role will involve all aspects of general maintenance work on the 400 properties the company manages. Day-to-day issues can include anything from dealing with tap leaks and socket changes, to aiding the building department with renovations.
