This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Fresh Recruitment Solutions Ltd who are operating as an employment agency. Wage includes bonus, benefits and expenses. You will manage, monitor and coach a team to achieve agreed lending and collection targets. You will be managing a team of staff to ensure objectives and targets are achieved and ensuring finance policy and quality and standards are adhered to. You will coach and train new and existing colleagues in the branch environment in line with business objectives, identify performance issues within the team and take appropriate actions in adherence to company procedures.
