This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Hay's contact Centres who is operating as an employment agency. Must be able to produce grammatically correct training material, aware of the importance and impact of clear, effective communication. Create the right level of rapport in order to actively build and develop relationships with colleagues, customer satisfaction.
