My client has various elderly care homes across London and Essex. We are looking for an experienced Service Development Manager who will:... • Audit homes and services against national minimum standards. • Be a clinical lead for advice and care concerns. • Be able to investigate serious complaints and concerns. A 1st Level nurse with good knowledge of elderly care homes is desirable but not essential. You must be able to travel to sites across London and where needed into other regions (Essex, Cambridge & Milton Keynes). You must have experience of multi site and have a full UK driving licence.
