A leading financial services company that specialises in personal loans are looking for an enthusiastic, target orientated individual to join their well established team in order to build relationships with their customers and assist with those who are experiencing problems with repaying their loans. You will be dealing with new customers to the business and up selling financial add ons, as well as maintaining this relationship and being their main point of contact.
