Ideal candidates will come from a financial background with experience of working to targets and deadlines. Previous experience is not essential but collections or debt recovery experience would be a great bonus and able you to negotiate you're starting salary. In return our client offers an excellent package of £18.5k-£21.5k basic, with the potential to earn 44% of your basic with quarterly bonuses. Also 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and share save scheme. You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
