Technical Support Team Leader required to lead a small team in this large internal IT department. The technical support team sits in between the IT Helpdesk (1st / 2nd Line) and the Infrastructure / Server teams and is the first point of escalation. You will be required to deal with issues and have experience of incident management. Where appropriate you will provide the technical solutions however you will also be required to manage any IT incidents in line with ITIL guidelines.
