My client is looking for somebody with reception and swithcboard experience. Your duties will be to meet and greet clients, direct calls using the companies switchboard system, deal with post and franking mail. You must have a customer facing background and have dealt with the public over the phone. It is essential for you to be a good communicator and be well organised.
