· Be proficient in handling customer support requests by developing in-depth knowledge of AEP products. This would include configuration, operation, limitations and application of the AEP product range. · To collaborate extensively with peers and interdepartmental staff, especially Engineering, Product Managers and the Solutions Team to resolve client issues and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product set. · Actively contribute to ways of improving the effectiveness of the Customer Support team and the information available to clients.
