The Workforce information Co-ordinator will be responsible for producing day to day reports and maintaining the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system, expanding the scope and improving the quality of workforce data to support delivery of key workforce information. Applicants should be an expert user of the Microsoft Office package namely Excel and Access with the ability to analyse, interpret and present information to a wide audience. Ideally have experience of HR information systems with sound interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
