This is a full time post that would suit someone who has a qualification in education and has a level 4 qualification and an interest in Skills for Life. Therefore you will hold the Adult Learner Support at level 3 or be willing to work towards this on appointment. You will have proven ability in communicating with other professionals and learners in a work based, or a community learning environment, or educational setting. Experience of the NHS would be an advantage. You will be involved in undertaking Skills for Life assessments for staff and in making appropriate referrals for further learning with the Lifelong Learning Manager.
