I've worked as a babysitter for more than 5 years and I've always enjoyed it. In one of the houses I also helped a bit with an elderly relative that lived with them.
I'm no longer a young adolescent and I'd like to try and get a proper job, part time, while I continue with my studies. Do I need to take any training courses?

    • If you have previous experience of some sort, you may not be requested to take any courses, though I'd advise you to take some care certificate.

      • And have you any idea of the wages I can expect?

        • It must be some 12k to 25k depending on experience. It'll also vary depending on location, like with everything else

        • btw, a reliable way to know is by checking several job postings. there's also a section in jobisjob called job trends which can be of use, or the national career service is another interesting source. Best.
