The client is a global aerospace manufacturer; role is based at the Barrow office for US/Canadian clients, travel to Washington/Mississippi pre-scheduled for 4-5 days per month. Also travel to manufacturing sites around UK as necessary. Managing a team of 2 Contract Managers & 2 Commercial officers contributing to team of 50 including costing and pricing team, project and bid staff etc... 3 major bids coming up over 9 months, aiming to win all three - values max £350m (not essential to have written this size if heavily experienced in contract writing and complex negotiation) - 3 month tender duration for RFQ to bid submission, this role is 75/25 split existing contract negotiation...
