The home is one of SLAMs registered nursing homes caring for elderly people with mental health problems, dementia, and challenging behaviour. We are looking for committed and enthusiastic people to join our caring team of staff, assisting in the provision of daily support to residents and nursing staff, allowing individual care plans to be implemented. Applicants should have experience of working with older persons with mental health problems, be able to use appropriate equipment to move and handle people, and work on a rota basis, including night shifts, weekends and Bank Holidays.
