Last year, the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) carried 60 million passengers for the first time in its history, via an extensive network running from the City through to Canary Wharf, the Isle of Dogs, City Airport and Greenwich. DLR are currently going through a period of significant change; increasing their asset base from £1billion to £1.8billion through undertaking significant capital projects, adapting to new responsibilities under the ROGS legislation as Infrastructure Manager and more than doubling their annual renewals spend.
