This will involve a mixture of cold and warm calling to clients, building relationships through consultative selling, listening to clients needs, finding solutions for them (this is not a hard - sell role). Basic salary offered is £18,000 - £25,000 with an OTE of £30,000 - £40,000, however, commission is uncapped, so earning potential is unlimited. The commission structure is superb, and it is envisaged that you will be able to earn an extra £40,000 in your third year. Sales cycle can be slow in permanent recruitment, you may not expect to see the results of your work for the first 3 - 6 months, so resilience, persistence and the ability to remain upbeat, positive and forward thinking...
