I recieved an instant job match alert for a vacancy advertised on cv library , which directed me to this recruiter. I read carefully the job description and could match the required skills and experience ; as suggested by the instant job match alert. I applied for the job and recieved rapidly an email stating I did not have the experience or skills as required and therefor the application was dismissed based on recent jobs. These recruiters only filter by recent jobs and are short sighted and oblivious to skills and qualification obtained . As it is impressive in itself to have employment during the recession,this recruiter does not tolerate gaps in C.V 's and does not acknowledge qualification and thus job matching is done on prejudice and unprofessional Furthermore this person filtering does not speak an additional language but seem to think this job would not be suitable for some one who does . The impression I get from this lot is that they seem to be able to eat cake all day and laugh about people who are not in employment as the picture on their website suggest; man sat behind his desk looking down on a spider and it says ; so you are applying for a position as a web designer? The spider is actually a suitable candidate as he designs webs , it does not matter if some one is black or female or gay as long as they can do the job ...employment law . All in all short sighted and quick to judge.
