We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading Business Property Centres who are looking for a competent Centre Manager for their busy offices to "float" in various offices in Central London. The role will involve managing the centres, liaising with tenants and fostering good relationships with the occupiers including the conducting of viewings, explaining their letting terms, ensuring that all service contracts are compliant and all admin procedures are implemented.
