Our client based in Wooburn Green is recruiting for a part time Customer Service Representative. The hours are 24 hrs a week and you will need to be available to work on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the times of work will be between 8.30am - 17.30pm... Duties include being responsible for processing purchase orders and quotes in ERP system. Processes orders according to SOX/ISO rules and DOPs. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email. Responsible for assuring product delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
