We are looking for a level 1 Registered Nurse with experience within the governance framework, this should include complaint analysis, audit and ability to use Datix or similar incident reporting database, Experience at band 7 within A & E would be benificial to understand the processes within the department. The post holder will report directly to the Modern Matron for Emergency Medicine. They will be expected to manage incident reorts that occur within the department and take a lead in the action planning following these, which includes audit.
