You will be responsible for the weight & balance of aircraft, the preparation of flight paperwork and crew liaison, ground-to-air radio & internal radio communication, liaison with UPS partners in UK & cologne, liaison with airport & handling agent management and ramp driving. You will need to be educated to GCE/GCSE level and be computer literate with good keyboard skills. You will also have the ability to work to deadlines, handle pressure in a time-sensitive environment and the flexibility to meet all operational requirements, with overtime if necessary.
