A Specialist Adviser delivers training programmes e.g. Journey, ESOL and Basic Skills and/or Routes to Success. They are responsible for, in conjunction with the Personal Adviser and/or Employer; promoting training and identifying the training needs of Members and/or the needs of Employers, planning, designing and delivering training, evaluating outcomes, providing follow-up support to Members/Co-Members, record keeping and continuous improvement of training.
