The Corporate Finance Team within the Corporate Commercial Practice Group are looking for a 5 year + pqe lawyer to join its high calibre team handling complex high profile deals. The successful applicant will step into an existing workload and will have every opportunity to establish and enhance their reputation working on M & A, capital markets and private equity deals. Experience in IPO's, public company advisory and corporate transactions, especially mergers and acquisitions would be required.
