An exciting opportunity now exists for a customer-focused individual, who enjoys a varied and challenging role within the Customer Service team, involving the investigation and resolution of customer queries. Assessing customer complaints and providing satisfactory resolution producing high quality responses. Liaising with external suppliers, partners and other Customer Service teams within Europe and Worldwide to ensure satisfactory response to the customer within agreed Service Level timings.
