Handyman / multi skilled tradesman is required by a contractor who is constructing a £28m healthcare/retirement village project in the Hartlepool area. The contract is being completed in 3 phases – the first phase being valued at £19m and phases 2 and 3 valued at £6m and £4m. You will work alongside a site based Finishing Manager. Ideally you will be from a finishing trade: Joinery, Plastering or Painting & Decorating background and be used to supervising subcontractors on the finishing side and have a good eye for detail to ensure that a quality finished product is handed over to the client.
