  The construction industrie don't like recruiters. There's a reason for that. Cause the recruiters are as a kind of middelman. That's why the skilled worker is geting less than what he deserve. That's makes skilled workers underpaid if they are working via recruiters. Joiners who are working straight with the construction company's are happier.
