To carry out general cleaning, security and caretaking duties on a student city centre development of 93 flats. These duties will include cleaning of stairwells, security, carrying out repairs, reporting faults, making access arrangements for contractors and prospective new tenants whilst liaising with residents and office staff in order to maintain the development to a high standard. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, be able to work on their own initiative, to prioritise workloads and respond to emergencies when called upon.
