My client specialises in suggesting effective debt solutions using our sophisticated Best Advice Model. Responsible for the caseload under Debt Management, setting up new files for customers on the internal computer system, managing caseloads and liaising with the Creditors and Debtors. ?To monitor every step of the set up process; especially ensuring that all balances are up to date, the proposals are in place and we are dealing with the right party. ?To conduct regular case reviews using information provided by client to confirm the solution provided is still the best advice for the client. ?To act as first point of contact for clients' queries/issues; referring/escalating...
