Leading software house requires a CRM Administrator / Manager on a 6 month contract based in Lancashire. Your responsibilities will include:... Control production environment... Develop User Requirements from Users, business leads, community, business plans/marketing plans to maintain system in line with business and general improvements/change... Update CRM with planned upgrades... Update test environment with fixes (software and underlying platform)... Training users / rollout of test to production / release...
