An experienced Office Manager is required to re-organise the office, set up new filing systems and ensure all documentation is completed correctly and on time. You must be an efficient, well organised and enthusiastic individual with an excellent telephone manner and good administration skills. You must be able to work to deadlines and be a good decision maker. Excellent MS Word and Excel skills are essential, knowledge of Sage is preferred. You will be required to work under your own initiative and be able to put structures into place.
