Reporting to the Credit Risk Manager, the Supervisor's role involves a combination of problem solving and leadership. It is the Supervisor's responsibility to co-ordinate the team resources to implement the targets and strategies set by the Manager. The Supervisor oversees the daily tasks conducted by the team to ensure they are within the defined service standards. The Supervisor may delegate part of this role to the Credit Risk Analysts and should act as a channel of communication between the Officers, Analysts and the Manager.
