Our Client provides first line support of National applications to the NHS and their desktop support. Eventually the business will support approx one million NHS users who are based in 150 trusts. The Key part of the role is to provide impeccable customer service on a day to day basis. To answer the phone calls from the NHS local service desks and end users. To ensure that appropriate first time fixes are given or the calls are correctly routed to the relevant third party. Good verbal and written communication skills.
