Based in Wavertree, you will be handling inbound calls from customers of the bank who are looking to e.g. place money in ISA and Bond Savings accounts. Your role will be to advise the customers of which product will suit their needs, and ultimately entice the customer to buy the product. Suitable candidates will have sales experience in a previous role, and a history of adhering to sales targets. Candidates with backgrounds in call centre, door to door sales and travel sales would be well suited to the position. Unfortunately, candidates with experience in retail cannot be considered.
